0000078: make install fails on Fedora 9 with gcc 4.3

Description

Building the source distribution on Fedora 9 fails due to segmentation fault during
the install_grades step.

~0000139 juliensf (administrator) 2008-08-20 18:38	This problem also occurs with the reg grades. The source distribution can be installed using the none grade, i.e. invoking configure with --with-llds-base-grade=none

~0000140 juliensf (administrator) 2008-08-20 18:56	Actually, while the above allows make install to successfully run to completion, other things still don't work, e.g. G12's configuration check for mmc.
